Mail and Parcel Services
If you've ever been to the local Spanish post office, you'll know how time consuming and frustrating an experience that can be whether you're sending or trying to receive post!
You can send and receive letters and parcels with us at The Post Room, quickly and easily using any of our mail and parcel send/receive services.
We are an authorised mailpoint for EasyPost.es who will collect your post from us Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and will usually fly it out to Gatwick airport for entry into The Royal Mail system in the UK.
You can also receive parcels from companies or eBay where delivery is only to the UK using EasyPost's UK PO Box number, they'll then fly it out and deliver it to us here ready for you to pickup (you'll need one of our Hassle Free Private Mail Boxes to make use of that first!)
We can also arrange shipment through DHL or any other couriers, just ask us for details.
PLEASE NOTE - receiving parcels from the UK will change now the UK is no longer part of the European Union - we are still waiting to hear how (we'll put an article in our blog once we know more). This will also affect couriers including DHL.
Hassle Free Private Mailbox
If you've just moved to Spain, or even been here a while you'll soon come to know the inneffeciencies of the national postal system. Birthday cards arriving months late, not at all, or misdelivered. We're not saying that the fault lies entirely with the postal service, however, they are pretty good at delivering to us!
We offer a choice of hassle free private mailbox services. You can pay a one off annual fee or for 6 months to receive letters and parcels without extra charge, or pay a lower fee for our virtual mailbox service where you then simply pay a handling fee per item received.
