Happy
Customers
  • Rick Mentessi - Got our passports in great time. Google

  • Linda Davidson - Had appointment for new passport application. One member of staff, and so typical... customers all turn up at the same time. However, she managed just perfectly, and gave a very good service. Google

  • Doreen Thompson - popped in to print a car hire voucher and the mother and daughter combo couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even made a few phone calls on my behalf to sort out car hire for me. If I need any printing, posting or stationery I would never go anywhere else having had a taste of their service. What a rare find!! Google

  • Stephanie Chapman - Helpful friendly staff, everything you need in one place. Recommended. Google

  • Margaret Fenner - They dealt with the application for the renewal of our passports. They were very efficient and their service was excellent. Our new passports were returned in just over two weeks and this included three weekends. Would highly recommend them. Facebook

  • Moira Ruth Nalborczyk - Excellent service from Bonnie who helped us with the purchase of our Car Insurance Policy with Caser Seguros. Also our Spanish mobile SIM card. Highly recommended for a first class service. Facebook

  • Linda Clark-White - I recently had a new passport, superb friendly service and new passport arrived back at the Post Room in under 3 weeks. Google

picture depicting a patient receiving treatment in a clinic - EHIC - GHIC

We thought we would share this article from the BBC we read with our customers with regard to how the old EHIC card will now work. In a nutshell, it basically tells us that if you have an existing EHIC card that is still valid, then you may use it to access emergency healthcare whilst on holiday here in Spain (or in Europe). Once it expires, or just before it expires you should apply for the GHIC which will give you the same cover. If your EHIC is due to expire whilst you are travelling, then you should apply for the GHIC before you go. Of course, as per all of the advice you should ensure that you also have holiday insurance in addition rather than just relying on the card.
